Using our patented Enhanced E8™ tensile artifacts, we qualified our newest quad-laser metal AM system from receipt to full production release in just over one month – while maintaining tight process control and high-quality data throughout.
The system demonstrated equivalency to our existing production platforms across mechanical performance, dimensional stability, and material characteristics using Ti-6Al-4V per ASTM F3001-14(2021) and is now fully released for production.
