Manufacturing expert, Jason Ratcliffe joins Spitrex’s leadership team as the organization continues to expand and exceed customer expectations.

Le Locle, Switzerland – February 28, 2023 - In a continued effort to respond to customer needs and further boost company momentum, leaders in medical device contract manufacturing, Spitrex, has appointed industry expert Jason Ratcliffe as the new President of the organization’s CTE facility in Plymouth, Indiana.

Mr. Ratcliffe has an extensive career in the manufacturing industry, working in several key positions of increasing responsibility in the automotive, defense, and medical device industries. Based in Detroit, Michigan, Jason’s career began in the automotive industry where he spent a decade in various roles from production management, and engineering before specializing in lean manufacturing. 

From here, Jason moved to Beaver Aerospace & Defense where he was the General Manager of multiple sites. Jason’s success at Beaver was a springboard into the medical device industry where he enjoyed a period of huge success as the GM of Orchid’s flagship facility, Bridgeport as well as two smaller sites, ultimately responsible for over $150m of revenue and 700 plus employees. Jason’s experience extends into procurement and sourcing, international business leadership, and people development. In his spare time, he is an owner in his church, an attentive husband and father, and an active DJ.
